
1- Click Convenience key (ShortcutMe's main page shows up, assuming you have assigned the conv. key to ShortcutMe)
2- Click BB/Menu Key and select "Common Config"
3- Click "Download Optimized Background Images" button in the Common Config page and say Yes to connect to ShortcutMe's Web page. You should then see a web page where all the optimized (small size) images for your BlackBerry model are shown. Find the ones you like, move the cursor over them, click BB/Menu key and Select "Save Image" menu option. Store them all in a separate directory where you can find them later on.
4- When you are done with downloading images, click Escape key several times until you are back to the Common Config page of ShortcutMe
5- Click on "Select Background Image" button in the Common Config page. A File Selector is shown. Browse the memory (or SD card) until you find and select a file in the directory where you stored your images in 3 above) You should then be taken back to the Common Config page
6- Enable Background Images by setting "Use Selected Background Image" parameter in the Common Config page to YES
(Optional)- Set "Background Image Rotation" to YES if you want ShortcutMe to pick a new wallpaper every time it starts up (assuming you have several wallpapers in the same directory)

This information is shown in the text above the "Download Optimized Background Images" button in the Common Config page. Just create a wallpaper with right size, optimize it and then store it somewhere on the SD card or on the BlackBerry Memory. Then follow the steps 5, 6, etc (see above).
