Once I started using it, it became instantly indispensable. Several recent upgrades (free) have made it even better! Highly recommended.

Great app with excellent customer service. Responded to my two emails after business hours. The app is smooth and very customizable. I like it better than the other popular launchers I have tried.

The speed of this application is impressive. Even me trying to crash it on purpose, it takes it like a champ. Multi-tasking is actually pretty easy with this. Once you learn all of your shortcuts, you will be zipping through them like a hot knife through butter.

- How can I setup the multiclick shortcuts/applications?
- I set these up but can't get them to work by multiple clicking the convenience keys. Why?
- After the first click of the convenience key the main page comes up and then the other clicks of the convenience key are not getting counted. Why?
- How does Multiple Space-Key Click work? (Only for Blackberries with full keypad)
- I have added an application in Common Configuration Page. When I set that application as one of the MultiClick Apps, ShortcutMe does not launch it. Why?
- What can be set as parameter?
- How can I disable a MultiClick application?
ShortcutMe > Menu/BB Key > "MultiClick Config" > 'Navigate to the multiclick you are are interested in' > Menu/BB Key > Edit/View (or "Info" to see what shortcut it is)
ShortcutMe only listens to the multiple convenience key clicks if the convenience key is assigned to ShortcutMe. The convenience key can be assigned in Options->Screen/Keyboard page of BlackBerry.
For multiple click apps, just click the convenience key multiple times. If you wait more than 1 second after the first click and 600ms after the other clicks, ShortcutMe does not read further clicks.
Click Space key multiple times from the BlackBerry Home Screen (Assuming "Dial From Home Screen" is turned OFF in BB>Options>"Phone Options">"general Options"). You can replace the first Space click with anything that launches ShortcutMe (i.e. Conv key, or clicking the ShortcutMe Icon, etc)
ShortcutMe uses an standard RIM's API to launch RIM's and 3rd party's apps. Unfortunately, that API does not launch all applications (including even some of RIMs' own application, and some 3rd party apps). Therefore, adding an app name to the Extra AppName does not necessarily mean that it can be launched by ShortcutMe.
We are, however, registering requests from customers to launch various apps so that we can add launching supports for them in future releases of ShortcutMe. Please send us (support at shortcutme dot com) the name of the application that can't be launched by ShortcutMe.
